Happy Hobby Spaces
Once the kids were gone, it was time to settle down to some serious hobby time. The quilters needed a place to meet each week that gave them plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and room for a large quilting frame. The sawdust engineers needed a workroom where they could make as much rumpus as they liked without dirtying up the living areas or disturbing the peace. The contractor cut an opening in the rear wall of the house, off the kitchen, and constructed a sunroom scaled specifically for that large quilting frame, and underneath the sunroom was a workshop full of table saws and tool boxes. The perfect solution!
